d with some other ingredients. Take half an avocado, then ground until smooth. Next add two teaspoons

of rice bran oil, stirring until blended. Apply these ingredients to the face and body skin. Let stand for 15 minutes, rinse with clean water.

The next skin treatment is with wheat. Take wheat bran or wheat germ that has smoothed as much as half a cup. Add one tablespoon of honey and milk. Stir until into a paste. Then apply on the whole body for 5 minutes.
